Terms of Service

Legal Interview Coach is an interview practice and educational preparation tool for legal-role interviews. You may use it to practise spoken answers, review transcripts, and receive Coach Notes for interview preparation.

When you submit spoken or written practice content, audio, transcripts, practice answers, job-posting text, interviewer questions, Coach Notes, and related practice content may be processed by selected third-party AI service providers, including OpenAI and/or Google Gemini. Speech transcription and Coach Notes generation may use different providers depending on deployment configuration.

You agree to use the product lawfully, respectfully, and only for personal interview preparation or other permitted evaluation use.

Prep Access is sold as time-limited digital access, not as credits or a subscription renewal. Packages available at checkout:

• 7-Day Interview Prep Access (prep_7_day) — 7 days of Prep Access — $19
• 14-Day Intensive Prep Access (intensive_14_day) — 14 days of Prep Access — $29
• 30-Day Complete Prep Access (prep_30_day) — 30 days of Prep Access — $49

Your access period generally starts when payment is confirmed and Prep Access is activated on your account. Activation usually happens shortly after checkout through our payment provider; the success page alone does not activate access.

If you already have active Prep Access, a new purchase adds time to your current access period instead of replacing it.

During active Prep Access you may:

• Use normal legal interview practice without the free-tier practice limits
• Receive full Coach Notes after each answer
• Save Practice History to your account
• Use Skill Profile tracking

Raw answer audio is not stored in the app database. Audio playback files may be stored locally in your browser/device. Text transcripts, Coach Notes, scores, and account-linked Practice History may be stored for your account.

Paid checkout is processed by Paddle, which may act as Merchant of Record where applicable. Pricing and access duration are shown before you pay. You are responsible for charges made through your chosen payment method.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity that occurs through your account.

Do not share credentials, resell access, or allow others to use your paid access in place of their own purchase.

• Do not use the product for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or misleading activity.
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or attack the service.
• Do not use automated systems to generate abnormal usage or avoid access controls.
• Do not submit client names, confidential matter details, privileged material, or highly sensitive personal data.
• Do not resell Prep Access or share account access to bypass paid limits.

We may limit, suspend, or revoke access—including paid Prep Access—if usage appears abusive, fraudulent, automated, harmful, or outside normal interview-practice behavior.

The service may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product develops. Future purchases may use updated pricing; an active access period continues until its end time unless revoked for abuse or under our refund policy.

Legal Interview Coach does not guarantee interview performance, hiring results, licensing outcomes, immigration outcomes, visa outcomes, or legal outcomes. Paid Prep Access does not guarantee that you will succeed in an interview, exam, hiring process, or credentialing. Coach Notes are practice guidance only.

Legal Interview Coach is not endorsed by Google, OpenAI, the NCA, any law society, or any employer.
